"Pretty Litlle Liars" pelo terceiro ano consecutivo foi uma das séries mais preamiadas no "Teen Choice Awards" levando 6 prêmios entre eles o de melhor ator e atriz em série dramática com os atores Ian Harding e Lucy Hale. Outra série que ganhou destaque durante a premiação foi "The Vampires Diares" com três prêmios.
Ian Somerhalder e Nina Dobrev levaram para casa os prêmios de melhor ator e atriz em série de ficção ou fantasia. A atriz Candice Accola também do elenco de The Vampires Diares foi premiada na categoria melhor "roubacena". Já na categoria se série de comédia, "The Big Bang Theory" foi a grande premiada.
